What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized document from your therapist that includes details an insurer may need to review an out-of-network claim, such as service dates, provider information, charges, and billing codes. You pay the practice and submit the document to your insurer according to your plan’s instructions. Reimbursement depends on your benefits and is not guaranteed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are free of charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.
What should I expect at the first session?
Your therapist will ask about what brought you in, what you hope to work on, and relevant background. It is also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for working together. You do not need to know exactly what to say.
Is parking available?
