Therapy that fits into your day
Virtual appointments let you meet your therapist from a private place in Florida. You might prefer online sessions because of your schedule, travel to the office, or the comfort of a familiar setting. You and your therapist can discuss whether virtual care fits your needs.
What can online counseling help you explore?
Our team offers individual counseling for concerns such as anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, life changes, and substance use and recovery. Ask about ADHD counseling and clinician fit when you reach out.
Online couples counseling is available with Amber Pinkham and Jon Stuempel while both partners are in Florida. For teen counseling, contact us about age, needs, and clinician fit. Jon works with teens ages 14 and older; Alyssa’s individual work is with adults ages 18 and older.
Preparing for a virtual session
- Choose a private space where you can speak comfortably.
- Check your camera, microphone, and internet connection.
- Follow the appointment instructions provided by the practice.
- Tell your therapist where you will be and discuss any connection or privacy concerns.
Your first session is a chance to talk about what brought you in, ask questions, and begin discussing goals. Read our first-appointment guide for more about getting started.
Keep the option to come in
You can alternate online appointments with visits to our Clearwater office through hybrid care with the same therapist. Compare in-person, online, and hybrid options or read our guide to choosing a session format.
