A place to talk things through
Life can get stressful, and sometimes it helps to have a place to talk things through with other guys who get it. Our 8-week, in-person men’s support group in Clearwater, FL, is designed for men who want to better manage stress, anger, relationships, communication, and everyday challenges.
Led by Jon Stuempel, this group offers a relaxed, supportive environment where you can have real conversations, connect with other men, and learn practical tools to use in your daily life. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. It’s simply a space to show up, learn something new, and work toward healthier ways of handling whatever life throws your way.
What we’ll explore together
- Managing everyday stress and anger.
- Relationships, communication, and boundaries.
- Emotional health and the pressures of daily life.
- Practical tools you can use between meetings.
